I am Montse Turull, an independent real estate agent and founder of MT Homes. I was born in Barcelona, I am the mother of three children, and I lived in London for 12 years, where I trained in marketing and business innovation.
I worked in major FMCG multinationals such as Unilever and Schweppes, experiences that shaped my understanding of excellence, strategy, and the importance of meticulous attention to detail.
A people-centred vocation
After a significant personal change, I decided to align my professional life with my true vocation: guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives —buying, selling, or renting their home— in a human, honest, and efficient way.
My approach
I now work independently, specialising in homes located in Madrid’s mid- and high-income areas, such as Chamartín, Chamberí, Salamanca, Centro, Retiro, and La Moraleja. My approach is different: I treat every property as if it were my own, I become involved in each transaction as if my own peace of mind were at stake, and I represent my clients’ interests with complete transparency and discretion.
I do not believe in shortcuts or impersonal processes. I believe in listening, understanding, and guiding. Because selling or buying a home is not just a transaction: it is the beginning of a story.
